If no media option is selected, strict privacy applies by default.
Internal documentation:
Photographers/videographers may provide full galleries for internal documentation, record-keeping, and quality control. These materials remain confidential and are not published except where permitted by your selected option or your explicit written consent.
6) WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited information only when necessary with:
- Venues and vendors (to coordinate logistics and delivery of your event)
